About this role
Role
- The Self-Service Success Manager drives Zalando's Self-Service offering, acting as an evangelist for the platform, trusted advisor to top brand partners, and informal leader within the team.
Responsibilities
- Partner Onboarding & Evangelism: onboard, excite, and empower brand partners to use Self-Service tools; present new features and updates.
- Proactive Campaign Excellence: set up, monitor, and optimize media campaigns across placements and formats; improve budgets, targeting, creatives.
- Data-Driven Insights: analyze large data sets, identify trends, flag anomalies, and deliver actionable growth recommendations.
- Informal Leadership & Mentorship: mentor junior team members and serve as a sounding board for complex queries.
- Strategic Project Management: lead cross‑functional projects with Partner Consultancy, Campaign Managers, and Product teams to streamline workflows and automate processes.
- Knowledge Sharing: create educational guidelines, newsletters, and webinars to scale partner education and platform adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years experience in digital advertising (publisher, agency, ad‑tech, or retail media).
- Deep technical knowledge of major advertising platforms such as Smartly.io, Meta Business Manager, DV360, Google Ads, Amazon DSP.
- Proactive, autonomous with strong data‑driven decision making and ability to lead high‑stakes projects.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly analytical with strong prioritisation, automation focus and problem‑solving abilities.
