Combined with geopolitical tensions and economic challenges in many industries supply chains can severely limit the commercial success for an organization or be a key enabler and competitive differentiator for success. As companies across various industries modernize their IT infrastructure and rethink business processes, the integration of supply chain operations with enterprise resource planning (ERP) becomes increasingly important. Many companies have realized over the past five years that an efficient supply chain is critical to business operations.

We are seeking a highly driven Product Marketing Associate/ Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Supply Chain Management Line of Business and help shape the strategic direction of our global portfolio. This role is ideal for a talented young professional with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills and a strong passion for data-driven strategy, digital innovation, and operational excellence.
What you'll build
- Drive and support strategic programs and initiatives end-to-end, from concept to execution, in close collaboration with the Product Marketing Leadership Team.
- Analyze and translate market, customer, and competitive data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and portfolio evolution.
- Connect business strategy with technology: extract and analyze data from internal IT systems to assess business performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare and synthesize complex data into concise, insightful management summaries for leadership reviews, quarterly business reviews, and strategic decision-making.
- Define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, working closely with regional market units and our field teams to ensure market relevance, value realization, and successful adoption of our Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Working with our partner ecosystem to identify and manage areas of contribution both in the build and GTM of the solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in marketing, product management, sales, and ecosystem partners to align execution and achieve measurable impact.
- Support and challenge leadership with fact-based recommendations and high-quality presentations that influence direction and outcomes.

What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in management consulting or a comparable strategic role, ideally with exposure to technology or enterprise software industries.
- Proven ability to structure and solve business problems, combining strategic thinking with hands-on data analysis.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to condense complex analyses into clear, impactful narratives.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and modern data tools; able to extract, analyze, and interpret data independently.
- Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable driving initiatives autonomously in a fast-paced, global environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Fluent English, other languages a plus.
