You face an exciting work environment at the SAP Experience Center Walldorf and be part of our extensive student community. We are looking for a creative, self-driven and motivated working student (f/m/d) who has a passion for storytelling, visual communication, and content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and maintenance of compelling narratives and storylines for customer visits and executive experiences
- Develop and refine documentation such as tour scripts, briefing materials, and process guides
- Create visually engaging presentations, graphics, and design assets for Experience Center activities
- Contribute to the visual identity and design consistency of Experience Center materials
- Assist with content updates and editorial reviews to ensure high-quality, up-to-date materials

What you bring:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We're looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and takes initiative. The job is for you if you are / have:
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for storytelling and narrative structure
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, PowerPoint)
- Basic technical skills
- Strong communication skills (fluent in German and English)
- A creative mindset with attention to visual aesthetics and brand consistency
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
- A team player with openness to feedback and collaboration
- Studies in Information Systems, Communication, Marketing, or a related field are an advantage
Where you belong:
Experience Centers are innovation hubs delivering an interactive and immersive experience to visitors. SAP Experience Centers make SAP's brand, products and innovations tangible and deliver a memorable customer experience. Our team is responsible for the content delivery across all SAP's Experience Centers globally. In your role you would support the creation of content for topics around Digital Manufacturing and Process Industry content. Within this team, the storytelling and design function ensures that every customer interaction is supported by high-quality narratives, documentation, and visual materials that bring SAP's value proposition to life.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
