Working Student - Human Resources / Talent Acquisition (d/f/m)

Your Responsibilities

• You will take part in our direct sourcing activities: identifying the passive talent through different conventional and non-conventional sources, making outreach
• You will participate in different projects within talent acquisition and HR domains
• You will make research in the area of tech/industrial automation/Industry 4.0 to understand the talent landscape and take part in shaping the strategy of attraction of those talent

Your Profile

• You have a completed Bachelor degree
• You are interested in tech, robotics, industrial automation
• You bring a natural drive and curiosity with you
• You want to stay with for at least 6 months
• You are fluent in English and German
