Talent Acquisition Manager for the area Recruiting (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • You are going to source direct candidates and within built and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research 
  • You continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to deliver candidates to the customer
  • You deliver against recruiting targets whilst ensuring great candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction
  • You conduct market research to see how our compensation and benefits package compares to the market 
  • You generate a talent pipeline, building a database of talent for future use
  • You drive local employer branding activities and other talent attraction initiatives
  • You collaborate closely with the local HR teams and the international recruitment team

Your profile:

  • You bring experience of recruiting in a high volume environment with responsibility for the whole recruitment life cycle (in-house experience desirable)
  • You have experience partnering and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruitment cycle
  • You have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver on results
  • You are able to cope with demanding stakeholders and a fast paced environment
  • You bring fluent communication skills in German and English, good command of Dutch or French is a plus
  • You work collaboratively and independently, furthermore you are delivery orientated
  • You are highly organized, independent, self-motivated and attentive to details
  • You are a proactive self-starter who demonstrates initiative
