Account Manager - Logistics / Sales (m/f/d)


Your Responsibilities

  • You own a portfolio of Europe’s most innovative e-commerce / retail brands (Merchants)
  • You continuously develop our Key Accounts by recognizing their needs at an early stage and independently searching for solutions, ensuring customer happiness
  • You are responsible for expansion projects (upselling) of our existing merchants
  • You collect & analyse customer feedback and work closely with our product team to ensure we develop the best software product & service in the market
  • You support the Sales Team by setting up customized logistics solutions

Your Qualification

  • You have a minimum of 4 years experience in Key Account / Account Management in a high-growth environment
  • You have a solid academic and/or professional background in a business-related field
  • You have an affinity for software & logistics, and thanks to your solution-oriented nature and your growth focus, you unleash the full potential of our existing customers
  • You are self-motivated, structured, and very strong in relationship building
  • You are fluent in German and English (speaking & writing skills)
