Role We are looking for a part‑time assistant (9 hours per week) for our Zalando Beauty Station in Berlin‑Mitte. The Beauty Station is a 160 m² store featuring over 53 international skin‑, hair‑, fragrance and makeup brands, offering personalized advice from experienced make‑up artists and experts. Responsibilities - Create impressive customer experiences and a welcoming atmosphere, addressing individual needs. - Conduct sales conversations in German and English. - Maintain a clean, tidy store and support visual merchandising. - Handle sales transactions and operate the cash register as part of daily duties. Qualifications - Several years of experience in the cosmetics industry with strong product knowledge and a sense for beauty and lifestyle trends. - Positive attitude, service‑ and customer‑oriented work style, excellent communication and sales skills. - Team enthusiasm, good English proficiency, and high commitment. - Ability to work independently, recognize tasks without detailed instructions, and develop creative customer solutions.
