Role: The Zalando Beauty Station in Berlin‑Mitte is a 160 m² cosmetics store offering over 53 brands and hair‑make‑up services. We are looking for a part‑time (9 hours/week) assistant who is a beauty‑fan, loves the latest trends and has sales in the blood. Responsibilities: - Create impressive customer experiences and a welcoming atmosphere. - Provide personalized advice in German and English and conduct sales conversations. - Maintain store cleanliness and support visual merchandising. - Handle sales transactions and cash handling as part of daily duties. - Contribute to a perfect shopping experience for customers. Qualifications: - Several years of experience in the cosmetics industry with good product knowledge and a sense for beauty trends. - Positive attitude, service‑ and customer‑oriented work style. - Excellent communication and sales skills. - Strong team enthusiasm, English language skills and high commitment. - Ability to work independently and develop creative customer solutions.
