Snr. Account Partner Manager Content Supply Network (all genders) - Zalando Fashion Studios

Role: As part of Zalando Content Solutions, the Content Supply Network team scales content production, partner‑facing services and emerging content solutions through external partners and operational ecosystems. The Senior Account Partner Manager will shape and scale the next generation of content production, content services and partner‑facing solutions, bridging innovation, operations and execution for internal stakeholders and external partners. Responsibilities: - Own end‑to‑end management of external partners, services and operational workflows. - Build scalable partner ecosystems, ensure operational excellence and support successful delivery of content and partner‑facing services. - Identify and onboard new partners, steer performance and create conditions for sustainable growth and scaling. - Design, test and scale new production models, content services and AI‑enabled solutions. - Evaluate emerging technologies, develop new production approaches and translate validated concepts into scalable operations. - Drive implementation of AI‑enhanced workflows and turn successful pilots into repeatable business solutions. - Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners across the full lifecycle of initiatives, align stakeholders, facilitate workshops and continuously improve ways of working. - Monitor partner performance, quality and operational effectiveness, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and work with procurement on commercial models, contracts and pricing. - Act as a role model for Zalando values, mentor junior team members and contribute to a high‑performing, collaborative team environment. Qualifications: - Strong experience managing external partners, services or high‑volume content operations, preferably in content production environments. - Proven track record developing, operationalizing and scaling new production methods, ideally AI‑enhanced, and translating innovative concepts into scalable business operations. - Experience building and implementing new workflows, production models or service offerings and scaling them from pilot to live operations. - Ability to operate at the intersection of business, operations and external partners, turning concepts into scalable services, workflows or operating models. - Passion for AI, automation and emerging technologies with a history of evaluating and translating them into operationally viable solutions. - Comfortable in fast‑paced, continuously evolving environments. - Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution and a strong solution‑oriented mindset. - Excellent communication skills, able to align stakeholders and navigate complex situations effectively. - Experience with project management and collaboration tools. - Fluent in English.
