Role ---- Zalando Outlet Stores are a key part of our offline strategy, offering customers a physical experience of our online fashion platform. We are looking for energetic, creative and open‑minded talent to join our Fashion Service‑Team. As an Aushilfe (all genders) you will work 9 hours per week in sales, helping to create a perfect shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities --------------- - Greet customers with a smile, provide assistance and maintain a positive attitude. - Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms well‑stocked, tidy and inviting. - Process all cash‑register transactions professionally and efficiently. - Handle complaints and returns quickly and accurately. - Contribute to Zalando’s sustainability goal by promoting the outlet concept. Qualifications -------------- - Experience in retail or customer‑facing roles (not mandatory). - Good command of German language. - Positive, team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues. - Ability to work flexible hours and enjoy direct customer interaction.
