Our outlet stores throughout Germany are 'Zalando to touch'. In a modern shopping experience, we give unsold fashion a second chance. To further advance our outlet stores, we are looking for energetic, creative, and open-minded talents. As a temporary assistant (all genders) 9 hours per week in sales, you are part of our Fashion Service team, which creates the perfect shopping experience for our customers with a good overview and attention to detail. Through your service and positive charisma, customers look forward to their next visit with us. You are responsible both on the sales floor and in the fitting room for ensuring that our customers always find a well-sorted and attractive store that invites shopping. You handle all our cash register processes professionally and efficiently, process complaints and returns in no time, and ensure a great shopping experience as the last impression of our customers.
