What Will You Do?

  • Deal Support: Prepare and deliver value-based software demonstrations and executive presentations to support sales cycles. Preparation involves personalising content to deliver a simple, appealing, and compelling customer value story.
  • Demand Generation: Build and strengthen links with SAP's global and local structure. Creating content to inspire our customers. Expansion and Adoption: Help expand our installed SAP base and capture new clients across diverse industries. Ensure everyone understands our competitive advantages and how our SAP CX solutions integrate seamlessly with SAP Back Office.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Be an expert in at least two SAP CX solutions, with a special focus on SAP Sales & Service. Design business architectures that include solutions across the SAP portfolios.
  • Advisory and Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers and SAP internal colleagues, sharing your knowledge and experience.
  • Constant Learning: The software industry is constantly changing, and this requires constant learning of new technologies and processes.
  • Travel: Prepare to travel around MEE and explore new business places – an incredible opportunity for professional and personal growth.

What You Need

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in solution advisory in CX or 10+ years of deep CX knowledge from working in other roles like consultancy, solution engineering, or business analyst.
  • Thirst for Knowledge: Open to new technologies and is willing to constantly learn.
  • Research: Fast understanding of the customer needs, research for further valuable information, and bringing the pieces together.
  • Solution-oriented: Think about solutions, not problems. Always with a customer mindset to deliver value with our SAP CX Software Portfolio to our customers.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Resilience: The ability to adapt and handle complex and ever-changing situations with the best attitude.
  • Expert knowledge/expertise in end-to-end processes/solution matching.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to inspire and lead within internal teams.
  • Teamwork and Empathy: A true team player who fosters collaboration and shows empathy towards customers and colleagues.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English.

Preferred Superpowers

  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the requirements from one or more different industries.
  • Product Knowledge: SAP product knowledge for SAP CX Sales and Service Cloud and SAP Business Technology Plattform.
  • Tech Savvy: Knowledge of AI in general, knowledge of programming languages.
