Inside Sales (m/f/d)

A major Japanese company with operations in a wide range of business fields, including steel, aluminium, and electric power, is looking for an Inside Sales (m/f/d) in Munich. The position is expected to be carried out as per the job description hereunder specified in Sales and Marketing Department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To expands and accelerates marketing in Europe. We expect to increase inside-sale function to support further development.

For Exhibition

• Preparation (Space booking, booth design, budget control)
• Preparation for booth settings.
• Preparation of give aways and brochures.
• Attendance at booth and appointment management.

For Marketing Promotion

• Describe articles for LinkedIn, analysis of visitors.

For Sales Support

• Internal procedure for fresh inquiry.
• Commercial negotiation (commercial T&C).
• Preparation of internal documents.
• Process of internal procedure, internal paper.

For Risk Management

• Provide administrative support for risk management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Positive and proactive attitude for target achievement.
• Co-working with team in Munich and Japan.
• Business level Japanese and English skills.

Nice to have:

• Business experience in large industrial machinery.
• Knowledge and experiences of sales contract and its negotiation.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience of CRM system (e.g. Salesforce)
