Role: - Position: Kassierer (Cashier) (all genders) – part-time 20 h/week in Zalando Outlet Stores, part of the Fashion Service Team, responsible for delivering a perfect shopping experience. Responsibilities: - Greet customers with a smile and provide helpful service. - Manage all cash-register operations efficiently and professionally. - Process complaints and returns quickly. - Ensure the store floor and fitting rooms are well stocked, attractive, and inviting. - Contribute to Zalando’s sustainable fashion vision. Qualifications: - Experience in retail or customer-facing roles (not mandatory). - Good command of German or English. - Positive attitude and strong communication skills. - Team player who supports colleagues. - Willingness to learn and adapt.
