Role: - Position: Verkäufer (all genders) in Teilzeit (20 h per week) at Zalando Outlet Stores. - Part of the Fashion Service team, responsible for creating a perfect shopping experience. Responsibilities: - Greet customers with a smile and provide helpful service. - Keep the store floor and fitting rooms well‑stocked and attractive. - Operate cash registers efficiently and professionally. - Process complaints and returns quickly. - Contribute to a positive store atmosphere and represent Zalando’s sustainability goals. Qualifications: - Experience in retail or customer service (not mandatory). - Good command of German. - Positive attitude and strong team player. - Ability to work 20 hours per week.
