The B2P (Business to Partner) department looks after our tourism sales partners all over the world. From online travel agencies to rental car brokers, from meta channels to multimodal platforms - we ensure that customers always find the perfect SIXT rental car for their next trip. No matter which platform they start their search on and where they want to travel. Equally important is a source market perspective for driving strong outbound revenues from regions with high travel spend.

As Outbound Sales and Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you identify markets with untapped potential and help our outbound SIXT share grow by managing international partnerships and identifying joint business opportunities.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You will build strong partner relationships with an account portfolio from Asia and beyond, having regular calls and meetings to discuss the overall business outlook and revenue opportunities in line with our targets
  • You monitor and analyze partner performance globally as well as existing outbound revenues, develop and own relevant KPIs, and highlight opportunities from our top outbound source markets
  • You kick off initiatives to improve performance and work cross-functionally to optimize processes and drive revenue growth
  • You support and lead commercial and contractual negotiations with data-driven analysis, best practices, and by highlighting areas of improvement
  • You serve as the primary point of contact for your partner portfolio on all topics around product, tech, finance, and operations, collaborating seamlessly with various stakeholders such as Pricing, Revenue Management, Legal, and Finance to define and realize growth potential
  • You stay on top of the latest market and competitor developments, initiate promotions or tactical offers to support growth, and prepare regular management reports on performance and trends

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Background You have a degree in economics, tourism or a comparable course of study and have already gained some practical experience in tourism, revenue management, account/product management or related areas
  • Analytical skills You enjoy working with numbers, going into detail and you like to derive actions based on KPIs
  • Soft skills You are strong in building relationships, communicative, and able to assert yourself across different hierarchies and cultures
  • Tools You are proficient in using the MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Language skills and international exposure You have basic knowledge of German as well as fluency in English, additional languages are a bonus. You enjoy working in an international environment, ideally with previous experience in multinational teams
