Partner Consultant Premium - 12 months Maternity Cover (all genders)

Role: We are looking for a self‑driven Partner Consultant to join Zalando Marketing Services (ZMS). The role involves advising strategic brand partners, developing yearly marketing strategies, and driving business growth. Responsibilities: - Work with brand partners to drive long‑term sustainable business growth and client satisfaction. - Build yearly marketing strategies and recommendations leveraging ZMS offerings. - Orchestrate execution of yearly/seasonal marketing plans and campaigns, coordinating internal and external stakeholders. - Translate partner business goals into data‑backed stories and actionable insights. - Build and maintain strong relationships with partner teams (executive, operational, creative, measurement, agency) to provide trusted advisorship and identify opportunities. Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years experience in online media sales, business development, consulting, account management or sales, preferably in a sales/media house, e‑commerce or online publishing environment. - Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder maps and manage high‑value relationships. - Strong track record of data‑driven storytelling and recommendations. - Expertise in forecasting and achieving targets. - Excellent English communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior management. - Preference for a background in fashion.
