Role - Store Manager (all genders) in Berlin, responsible for economic success and development of the store, leading a team of ~50 employees, working with Area Management & Retail Team. Responsibilities - Drive KPI-based merchandise management and efficient store organization. - Implement processes to ensure economic success. - Deliver optimal shopping experience and uphold service standards, adapting the store to customer needs. - Oversee all HR matters: hiring, KPI-based scheduling, training and onboarding of staff and leaders. - Lead with transparent, authentic, employee‑focused leadership embodying Zalando values. Qualifications - Several years of retail experience and completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent. - Proven experience in leading and developing staff and managers, including feedback, scheduling and leave planning. - Strong analytical skills; ability to evaluate relevant KPIs and derive actions. - Initiative, decisive, structured work style.
