The company plays a key role in connecting European clients with its headquarters in Japan, supporting a wide range of cross-border business activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on market expansion.
• Conduct market research and prepare reports for the Japanese headquarters.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Travel within the EU and Middle East regions to meet clients and explore business opportunities (Up to 70%).
• Collaborate with internal teams to support international business operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above).
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• German language skills are a plus.
• Prior experience in sales or market development is preferred.
