A leading Japanese company in the sealing industry is looking for a Semiconductor Sales Representative (m/f/d) near Munich.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and technically knowledgeable Sales Representative to drive our semiconductor business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of semiconductor products and applications, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients across various industries.

• Develop and manage relationships with key clients in the semiconductor industry
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate semiconductor solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support technical inquiries and product customization
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Aim to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed

Job Requirements

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics sector
• Strong technical understanding of semiconductor products and applications
• Business level English and German proficiency

Nice-to-have

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
