Sr. Partner Consultant - Parental Leave Cover (all genders)

Role: Senior Partner Consultant (parental leave cover until September 2027) within the Highstreet Multiplier portfolio. You will consult and support Zalando’s high‑street partners, driving financially sustainable growth and aligning with Zalando’s platform strategy. Responsibilities: - Educate and consult medium to high‑impact partners on adopting Zalando’s platform services and technologies. - Acquire relevant partners, create business cases and pitches, and drive profitable growth. - Analyse data to generate insights and maximise ROI for the platform. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop partner roadmaps and translate market strategies into actionable plans. - Work with Product, Operations and Tech to turn partner feedback into innovative solutions, troubleshoot processes and create new workflows. - Maintain CRM/AI excellence for accurate data and decision‑making. - Influence core KPIs such as GMV, profitability, operational excellence, services adoption, customer convenience, lifetime value and partner satisfaction. Qualifications: - Minimum 7 years experience in a marketplace environment or consultancy/business‑development role, preferably in fashion or e‑commerce. - Strong sales and analytical skills, with a pragmatic approach to complex requirements; experience in process improvement and automation; product experience a plus. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities; fluent in English, additional languages a plus. - Strong negotiation, self‑starter attitude and leadership skills; able to own projects from roadmap definition to execution. - Passion for creating successful outcomes for Zalando partners.
