Working Student (f/m/d) - Business Development: Event Support

What you'll build
The SAP SuccessFactors Community Events bring our customers, partners, and SAP teams together across Germany. Through several regional events, we create space for exchange, best practices, and meaningful discussions around modern HR topics and SAP SuccessFactors. As a working student (f/m/d), you will support us in planning, executing, and bringing these events to life on site. You will work closely with the Community Events team and also support colleagues with the organization of additional customer and team events.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the organization and execution of SAP SuccessFactors Community Events (planning, preparation, and delivery)
- Coordinating processes, participant lists, locations, and external service providers
- Supporting communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with the preparation of event materials (agendas, participant information, presentations)
- Supporting the team on site during events (check‑in, agenda coordination, attendee support)
- Providing general organizational support for colleagues across additional event formats
- Creating videos and LinkedIn posts
What you bring
- You are an enrolled student (f/m/d), ideally studying business administration, communication, event or media management, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Strong interest in event organization, communication, and teamwork
- A structured, reliable working style and strong organizational skills
- Excellent German (C1 or higher) and English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- First experience with image and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Camtasia, Clipchamp, or similar)
- A hands‑on mindset, openness, and enjoyment in working collaboratively
- Knowledge of HR or software sales is a plus
