Teaming up with Business Development, Solution Advisory, Sales and Customer Success teams our CX COO Office is connector as well as engine room for business growth in our region.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a motivated working student to support our COO Office in revolutionizing the way we bring SAP CX in front of our customers. Learn from the best by supporting our COO Office in the execution of important projects and go‑to‑market strategies and take over tasks backing our daily business selling SAP CX Solutions to our prospects and customers. Main tasks include, but are not limited to:

• COO Office Management - You manage filing and structure for the COO Office and ensure documents are easy to find and consistently organized.
• Project management - You prepare concise project summaries and maintain action‑item lists and follow up on open tasks until completion.
• Creative Input - You contribute creative ideas for marketing and communications and collaborate on visual concepts and content proposals.
• Video Editing - You edit short videos for the German market and turn raw footage into finished clips with basic color and audio adjustments.

In addition, you will be heavily involved in stakeholder management and customer research to support positioning our CX‑Portfolio. We are looking for a creative and forward‑thinking colleague who already gained experience with AI‑Tools (Perplexity, OpenAI and others) and is interested to deep dive into our way of selling to prospects and customers.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Student (f/m/d) in advanced studies at a university or a university of applied sciences (Bachelor or Master)
• Preferred fields of study: Information Management, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Business Informatics or Communication - Ideally your fields of study are related to Creativity and/or Artificial Intelligence, or you have a strong interest and/or hobby in this area.
• First experience or strong interest in Marketing, Creative Stuff, Video Editing, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis and Sales Automation would be great.
• Ability to serve as a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English is a must.
• First practical experience in IT or a technology environment is a bonus.
• Strong time management and very good organizational skills with attention to detail.
