About this role

Ensure data consistency, automation, and reliability across all performance tracking
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
Translate data into actionable insights to improve service levels and operational efficiency
Track, analyze, and communicate Route-to-Market KPIs (e.g. OTIF, DPD, cost-to-serve)
Collaborate and coordinate with the relevant Stakeholders the KPI performance and define & track action plans
Provide analytical support for Route-to-Market optimization (flows, networks, delivery models)
Contribute to business cases and scenario analyses to optimize cost-to-serve

University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar
First experience in Supply Chain, Performance Management, or Analytics (FMCG is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
High level of business curiosity and ownership
Structured, well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (modeling, data handling)
Good knowledge of Power BI
Interest in developing data & analytics capabilities further
Fluent English skills; German is an advantage
