About this role
Role
The Junior Partner Success Manager is part of the ZEOS Merchant Support Team within Zalando’s ZEOS Logistics department. The team handles merchant and sales channel requests, resolves issues, performs root‑cause analysis, and creates process guidelines to improve merchant satisfaction and reduce friction.
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with merchants.
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external operational stakeholders.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Use ticketing systems (Salesforce preferred) and Google Workspace.
- Apply a solution‑oriented mindset: identify problems, formulate questions, investigate, draw conclusions and propose solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer care or service, preferably in logistics, e‑commerce or retail.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and organisational processes.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience with lean Six‑Sigma or continuous‑improvement processes.
- Excellent English communication; German is a plus.
