About this role
Role:
Operations Specialist in the Operations Excellence Team, focusing on the end‑to‑end purchase‑to‑pay process, from order creation to invoice clarification and ensuring timely deliveries and accurate product information for online presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Excellence Team by handling essential operational and administrative functions, including accurate placement of purchase orders.
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly delivery schedules in collaboration with suppliers' supply‑chain management.
- Maintain product master data in the merchandise management system (EAN‑matching, supplier data) to ensure high‑quality orders.
- Act as the primary liaison for international suppliers, handling operational inquiries, supporting contractual agreements, securing product availability and coordinating returns.
- Proactively seek innovative solutions to optimise pre‑season and in‑season processes.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a structured approach.
- Proficiency in data entry, spreadsheet management and document organisation.
- High attention to accuracy and quality when handling data and numbers.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments, promote teamwork and solve problems proactively.
- Openness to continuous improvement and commitment to process excellence.
- Ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
- Efficient workload management to ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks.
