Manager - Supplier Management (All Genders) - parental leave cover

Role: Join our dynamic team as a Manager Supplier Management (Maternity Cover) within the Supplier Management (Negotiation) team, part of the Procurement organisation. You will cultivate long‑term supplier relationships, drive commercial development and sustainable growth, and lead strategic projects. This is a 12‑month parental‑leave cover. Responsibilities: - Analyse the fashion suppliers portfolio and identify commercial opportunities. - Conduct financial planning and analytics, including P&L waterfall, cash‑flow and other financial parameters. - Contribute to cross‑functional projects and actively collaborate in supplier negotiations. - Partner with Customer Propositions to define and optimise negotiation strategies, perform financial modelling and assess commercial impacts. - Measure and deliver procurement KPIs (e.g., savings) that directly impact the business. - Provide visibility on actions, KPIs and issues to stakeholders, offering facts, options and mitigation plans. - Lead project workstreams: define requirements, gather data, analyse information and manage deliverables. - Identify process gaps or data inconsistencies and propose quick‑fix solutions. - Manage stakeholder relationships and solve problems efficiently. Qualifications: - 3‑5 years experience in finance, banking, M&A, consultancy, planning, buying/merchandising, controlling, supplier management, procurement or B2B sales. - Understanding of business needs for supplier negotiations, including legal and commercial implications. - Experience in the fashion industry or marketplace platforms with strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of fashion commercial KPIs, P&L and cash‑flow drivers. - Intermediate analytical skills: advanced Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL or Python is a plus. - Ability to assess financial impacts and present findings using PowerPoint or Google Slides. - Project and stakeholder management skills, strong problem‑solving, attention to detail. - Self‑starting, positive attitude, excellent communication and teamwork. - Fluent in English.
