Manager - Supplier Management (All Genders) - parental leave cover

Role: Manager Supplier Management (Maternity Cover) in the Supplier Management (Negotiation) team within the broader Procurement organisation. This is a parental leave cover position limited to 12 months. Responsibilities: - Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with suppliers, driving commercial development and sustainable growth. - Lead strategic projects to enhance top and bottom-line performance. - Analyze the fashion suppliers' portfolio, identify commercial opportunities, and support financial planning and analytics. - Collaborate in supplier negotiations and work with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and Business Units. - Partner with Customer Propositions to define and optimize fashion portfolio negotiation strategies. - Measure and deliver procurement KPIs (e.g., savings). - Provide visibility on actions, KPIs, and issues to leads and stakeholders. - Deliver cross-functional projects, manage deliverables, and identify process gaps or data inconsistencies. Qualifications: - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Banking, M&A, Consultancy, Planning, Buying/Merchandising, Controlling, Supplier Management, Procurement, or B2B Sales. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of fashion commercial KPIs and financial parameters (P&L, cash flow). - Intermediate analytical skills with basic modelling and data manipulation; advanced Excel/Google Sheets required; basic SQL/Python is an advantage. - Project and stakeholder management skills, strong communication, and teamwork. - Fluent in English.
