WMS Software & Process Trainer (all genders)

Role: WMS Software Trainer in Logistics based in Berlin. You help Zalando's international logistics centres to master our Warehouse Management System and Operational Processes. As part of our PEX Implementation & Ramp Up team, you analyse training needs to build and implement innovative training solutions. Responsibilities: - Discover software training opportunities for 1000+ key users of our Warehouse Management System, align with business stakeholders, and understand end user problems to solve. - Define and develop efficient training solutions in German and English (more European languages a plus) to transfer knowledge and encourage development among end users. - Execute software and process training in warehouse locations as onsite seminars or interactive webinars, ensuring smooth and stable ramp ups of new processes. - Measure training success and re-evaluate knowledge demands with Process Excellence to improve business outcomes and quality. Qualifications: - Experience in designing new training concepts, developing supporting materials, and holding in-house training sessions. - Curiosity about WMS and Automation processes to understand complex logistics systems for delivering knowledge at scale. - Strong communication with stakeholders such as product and process specialists, warehouse managers, and key users. - Motivation to make impact in an agile business environment, enjoy working with different teams, and be ready to travel up to 50% of your time for on-site trainings.
