Working Student (all genders) - Merchant Support and Process Management

Role: ZEOS enables brands and retailers to seamlessly scale their e‑commerce operations across Europe. Within ZEOS, the Merchant Support team provides world‑class support to merchants. We are looking for a motivated Intern or Working Student to support the Senior Process Manager in structuring internal knowledge, standardising workflows and improving operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Process Mapping & Documentation: assist the Senior Process Manager in mapping end‑to‑end merchant support processes, maintain and update SOPs, process flows and guidelines using Confluence and GenAI. - Administrative & Operational Support: handle daily administrative tasks, prepare documentation templates, tool guides and training materials for internal teams and merchant support agents. - Analysis & Continuous Improvement: gather feedback on workflows, identify bottlenecks, track process updates and support quality‑assurance reviews. - Cross‑Functional Coordination: collaborate with team leads, merchant support managers and external partners to ensure alignment across teams. Qualifications: - Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Management, Communications or a related field. - Structured mindset with strong organisational skills and a passion for creating clear documentation. - Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with diagramming tools (e.g., Miro, Signavio) is a plus. - Analytical approach and ability to break down complex processes into simple steps. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German or other European languages a plus). - Proactive attitude, ownership of tasks and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
