What you'll do

• Gain a basic understanding of handling third-party processes at SAP
• Gain a deeper understanding of the interfaces of the most important and complex sub-processes, including:
  • Supplier/Partner Management
  • Contract Management
  • Legal
  • Budget
• Engage with the processes, their representation, and the knowledge transfer to affected colleagues in the Supply Chain area
• Create reports on various third-party processes, including across interfaces

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Position requirements
  • Self-organized learning
  • Team/communication skills
• Educational requirements
  • Business Administration / Computer Science / Mathematics / Controlling or similar – at least 3rd semester
• Language requirements
  • English (fluent)
  • German (optional)
• Qualifications for the role ( “nice-to-have”)
  • Analysis tools (Excel, BW)
  • (Process) visualization techniques & tools

Meet your team

The SCM Operations Team supports support both the General Manager and the management levels and teams below in important operational topics such as budget, headcount management, external workforce and third-party spend incl. all analytics and reporting capabilities.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
