The botanical garden opens its doors to visitors at night for a unique experience during the 15th annual Botanical Night (Botanische Nacht). Visitors can enjoy stunning light installations, live music and artistic performances from over 150 different artists across the garden, which is turned into a magical world.

Amidst the different floral exhibitions at the botanical garden, new atmospherically-designed hubs have been set up to tell the ongoing story of Botania.

While exploring the fantasy realm of Botania, you can expect to meet curious fairies fluttering between talking trees, legendary knights and mystical beings in the woods. As the secrets of Botania unfold during your visit, be prepared to enjoy a unique and diverse culinary offering while astonishing light shows and incredible acrobats take your breath away.

Featuring more than 20.000 different plant species across 43 hectares, Berlin’s Botanical Garden is seen as one of the world’s most important botanical gardens. The entire world of botany is represented in the garden, from Europe to the Far East and South America.

For more information on the Botanical Night or to purchase your tickets in advance, visit the Botanical Garden Berlin’s website. As there is no direct parking connected to the botanical gardens, visitors are advised to come via public transportation or bike. The entrances that are open on the night are Unter den Eichen and Königin-Luise Straße.
