Pop-Kultur Berlin aims to provide space for unlikely artistic encounters and to promote productive exchanges. For 10 years, musicians, artists, poets, writers and dancers have come together in Berlin to perform a series of concerts, shows, installations and more.
Pop-Kultur is an international festival built around three elements:
The festival also aims to examine what trends and shifts can be observed within the broader pop culture and, during its events, takes a closer look at some of the current influences, with the aim of strengthening collaboration within the creative industries. However, even if you are just a fan of contemporary music and not looking to network, you are welcome to enjoy the concerts and have a dance!

The event takes place at the iconic Berlin Kulturbrauerei. The programme of Pop-Kultur is not limited to music. Artists will present audio-visual performances of various kinds. These performances will be merged into a complete daily programme. Talks questioning the nature and potential of our society, on the sounds that have fuelled revolution through Iran or how pop music is intimately connected to nostalgia and memory all form part of the Pop-Kultur supporting programme.
The Kunstbrauerei is easily accessible by public transport. You can take the U-Bahn to Eberswalder Straße or Senefelderplatz , the S-Bahn to Schönhauser Allee or the tram to Eberswalder Straße.
