Get ready to meet your favourite cinema and TV stars in Dortmund, as the annual German Film & Comic Con returns! The first German multi-genre convention based on the San Diego Comic Con, German Film & Comic Con offers a weekend full of entertainment for all comic and superhero fans!
Prepare for an eventful programme at German Film & Comic Con
Taking place at the Messe Dortmund, German Comic Con brings together the best of Hollywood cinema, comics, cosplaying and much more! Visitors will have the chance to meet with some of their favourite movie and TV stars, sit in on interesting panel discussions, participate in a huge cosplaying contest and explore some of the coolest props used on leading shows and movies.
The convention is split into different sections, dedicated to TV shows, movies, comic artists, voice actors and cosplaying. Guests have the opportunity to meet and take a photo or have a signed autograph from one of their favourite TV or film actors for an additional fee. Star guests take to the stage during various panels and Q&A sessions to talk about current projects.

The ultimate Hollywood experience
In addition to the fan meet and greet, visitors can explore the Artist Alley and speak with some of the most famous artists, cartoonists and draughtspersons. Keen comic book collectors will be able to add to their collections when they visit the dealer stands, which will offer a broad array of cool merchandise from toys and comics to collectables and posters.
The cosplayer area is open to cosplayers of all ages and includes an epic cosplay contest! So be sure you have your camera ready to get all the best photos. What’s more, different fan groups will also have their own special booths, filled with amazing props, stage replicas and unique attractions.
