Taking place for the second time in Berlin, Sweatlife the Festival brings together leading yoga, fitness and inspirational leaders for a day packed with exercise, fun and food for thought (as well as the real kind of food for when you get hungry!)

Sweat your worries away and get pumped at Sweatlife Berlin

Sweatlife the Festival is a one-day event dedicated to sweat, yoga, personal development and fitness. Aimed at showcasing the best of health and wellness in Berlin, the festival offers attendees access to unlimited yoga classes throughout the day, as well as two additional sweat classes. This includes a wide variety of workouts like barre, crossfit and other high-intensity workouts.

In addition to the many workouts, a series of talks will also take place throughout the day. Topics up for discussion include the power of attitude, how to set goals and reach them effectively, and how to determine your calling.

Essentials for Sweatlife Berlin
