What You’ll Build
You will join the ABAP Platform Office team, which provides support to the executive leader of ABAP Platform and her team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative & Coordination Support: Manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, and support event preparation. Maintain organizational data, user access rights, and distribution lists to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Meeting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare and follow up on meetings with internal and external stakeholders, document outcomes, and track action items. Create mailings and contribute to transparent and effective communication across the organization
- Content & SharePoint Management: Plan, create, and maintain content across internal communication channels, SharePoint pages, Wiki spaces, and collaboration platforms. Create new SharePoint pages, update and optimize existing content, and monitor page performance to continuously improve engagement and usability
- Presentations & Survey Evaluations: Create executive-level presentations for leadership meetings and strategic communications. Conduct survey evaluations and prepare reports and presentation materials that summarize results in a clear and visually appealing way
- Process Improvement & Documentation: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and contribute to the creation and maintenance of process documentation to ensure effective knowledge sharing within the team
What You’ll Bring
- Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Information Management, Business Administration or Computer Science
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Microsoft SharePoint, Wiki
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) is beneficial
- Language skills: Proficient in English; German skills are beneficial
- Soft skills: Team player, creative, reliable, flexible, able to work independently, willing to learn new things / open minded
- Others: PowerPoint design skills are a plus, basic knowledge about SAP technology is beneficial, basic software development skills are beneficial
