To bolster our team, we're looking for an Account Management Intern (m/f/x) to assist the Customer Success Managers, and enable our customers to get more value from our solution.

Areas of responsibility:

  • You are the first hand of our Customer Success Managers (CSM) with their daily tasks
  • You prepare the onboarding of new clients, as well as the further development and consulting of new and existing customers
  • You analyze customer requirements and develop a variety of measures to increase customer success along the entire customer journey
  • You support the CSM to take care of the project management during our validation phases and develop a roll-out plan with the customers
  • You have the opportunity to travel to the customers to carry out installations and build a personal customer relationship

Opportunity for growth over time:

  • Independent execution of customer onboardings
  • Regular exchange with customers, bundle relevant information/feedback, and derive product requirements

What would make you a perfect match:

  • You are currently in / have already completed Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering or related degree programs.
  • A very structured, careful, self-organized and reliable way of working
  • You are available full-time for at least 4 months for this internship
  • You enjoy providing support, talking to customers and can easily solve problems
  • You are result-driven and you have a very open mindset
  • You enjoy working in a young, agile and international team
