Data & Quality Management Specialist (all genders) - part time (25 hours) - fixed term contract

Role: As a Fitting Operations Assistant at Zalando, you will be the backbone of the active fitting lab, ensuring seamless operations, comfortable models, and a smooth innovation engine. Responsibilities: - Model Support: Take care of fitting models, ensuring they are supported and ready to work. - Station Management: Keep fitting stations fully operational, handling ordering, unboxing, and returning garments. - Process Assistance: Actively help during live fitting and measurement processes. - Maintain Standards: Ensure high‑quality standards are consistently met across all operational tasks. Qualifications: - Solid foundational knowledge of garment production and fitting. - Highly organized, stress‑resistant, and motivated to balance physical, operational work with digital solutions. - Strong team player with excellent communication in a fast‑paced environment. - Interest in fashion and garments is a plus.
