Senior Product Designer - ZEOS (all genders)

Role: Senior Product Designer in ZEOS Logistics department, responsible for customer‑facing digital experiences for ZEOS Logistics service offerings, empowering fashion and lifestyle brands across Europe. Responsibilities: - Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver design vision and strategy for B2B multichannel offering. - Champion CX vision, lead design‑thinking workshops and sprints. - Generate multiple solutions, evaluate feasibility, scalability, accessibility and compliance. - Visualise and communicate ideas to senior stakeholders. - Participate in research with researchers and product managers. - Validate and refine concepts with merchants and end users. - Mentor fellow designers and contribute to design‑ops initiatives. Qualifications: - Seasoned design professional with B2B experience, leading complex projects. - Strong UX skills, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation. - Proficiency with design tools (Figma); experience with prompting tools a plus. - Ability to handle ambiguous strategic projects and iterative design process. - Collaborative mindset with product managers, engineers and stakeholders. - Empathy, storytelling and delivery focus.
