What you'll build
As a Working Student (f/m/d) , you will be an integral support function for our world class SAP CX Customer Success Managers (CSMs), helping them manage their day to day business and ensuring smooth operational execution. You will work closely with the team on administrative, organizational, and analytical tasks, while gaining hands on exposure to customer collaboration, customer success practices, and global / internal business processes. This role is designed to support the team effectively while giving you the opportunity to learn how Customer Success works in practice in a global, customer-facing environment. Learning what CRM solutions really do, is a plus for you!
What You’ll Do
In your daily work, you will support our Discrete Manufacturing Industries Customer Success team with tasks such as:
- Providing operational and administrative support for the day to day activities of Customer Success Managers
- Preparing, maintaining, and documenting customer-related materials, initiatives, and internal processes
- Supporting the coordination and handling of incoming customers and internal requests
- Assisting with the creation, update, and maintenance of customer presentations and internal documentation
- Helping to track, prepare, and visualize adoption, usage, and customer-related metrics
- Supporting the organization, preparation, and follow-up of customer meetings, presentations, and internal reviews
- Maintaining and structuring information to enable effective knowledge sharing across the team
- Gradually taking on defined support tasks for a subset of customers or CSM activities after onboarding

What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Studies
- Computer skills: MS Excel, MS Access, MS Copilot
- Language skills: Fluent in English and German
- Soft skills: Eager to learn, resilient team player, expert in communication
