Working Student (f/m/d) - P&C (HR) Business Partner Team for the Board Area Product & Engineering

What you'll build
As a working student (f/m/d) in the global P&C Business Partner Team for the Board Area Product & Engineering (P&E), your main tasks will be to:
- Actively support and contribute to ongoing project work (e.g. organizational initiatives and reorganizations)
- Pull, analyze, and consolidate HR data and KPI reports, leveraging dashboards and SAP BW tools to prepare data-driven overviews and summaries
- Actively supporting the P&C Business Partner and PMO in their daily work, contributing to operational and strategic tasks (e.g. organizational changes) and supporting the execution of core HR processes (e.g. talent management processes)
- Assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops (e.g. to improve employee engagement within teams)
- Support the use of AI-based solutions to improve efficiency in project work and HR data analysis
- Conduct research on various strategic HR topics (e.g. organizational setup, change management, and digital transformation in HR)
What you bring
- Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: HR, business administration, psychology, or related
- Computer skills: Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word, initial experience with SAP tools as BW is a plus
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken business communication skills in English and German
- Soft skills: Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented, strong analytical skills, detail orientation, interest in working with AI tools
- Others: Reliability, Strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and responsibility when dealing with sensitive data
