What you'll build
- Curate, edit, and structure internal communication content to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and priorities across a global marketing team
- Coordinate and drive multiple marketing initiatives in parallel, working across cross-functional teams
- Own specific tasks end-to-end: track milestones, align stakeholders, and keep initiatives moving across different workstreams
- Maintain and monitor internal communication channels and contribute to a consistent, high-quality output
- Conduct monthly reporting, analyze performance data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Actively apply AI tools to accelerate and improve how you work - from drafting and research to process automation - and bring a genuine curiosity for finding smarter, faster ways of working
- Support operational and administrative activities for the internal Marketing team
What you bring
- Bachelor Student nearing the completion of their studies (f/m/d), or Master Student in the 1st/2nd semester (f/m/d) at a university
- Preferred fields of study: Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, or Marketing
- Ability to comprehend complex information and translate it into clear, effective communication for stakeholders
- First experience coordinating projects or initiatives - tracking tasks, aligning people, and keeping things on track across teams
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot or similar), including prompt writing and building practical AI skills to work more effectively
- Computer skills: MS Office 365; experience with Figma, PowerBI is a plus
- Language skills: fluent in English; German language skills is a plus
- Soft skills: strong analytical thinking, coordination abilities, team player with autonomy
- Others: Familiarity with business process management or enterprise architecture management is a plus

As a Marketing team, we manage from broadening our reach through PR articles and executive events, to engaging with customers across various digital channels, and meeting them in person at our key events around the globe. The team closely collaborates with various functions in the organizations, from Sales to Product Management.
