Marketing Operations Specialist (all genders) - 12 months

Role: Senior Operations Specialist (Marketing Operations) – support the ZMS Partner Consultancy team with operational tasks, campaign set‑up and reporting, and contribute to marketing strategies. Responsibilities: - Own the campaign set‑up process end‑to‑end. - Create end‑of‑campaign reports, providing insights and learnings. - Support Partner Consultants in building yearly marketing strategies and recommendations. - Leverage internal marketing analytics tools to enhance consultancy. - Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Buyers, Merchandisers) and maintain a strong internal network. Qualifications: - Previous experience in marketing (preferred). - Strong data analysis skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment. - Strong team player. - Experience with Google Suite (preferred). - Clear and effective communication in English.
