Role: Senior Manager (all genders) 3PL Tender & Market activities Responsibilities: - Responsible for end-to-end contract lifecycle management of logistics service contracts. - Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. - Act as the go-to person for project-based tenders and logistics service contracts in the field of CEP services and outsourced warehouse operations across Europe. - Identify ad-hoc opportunities to improve the 3PL and carrier portfolio and services towards customers. - Lead commercial tenders and negotiations in the field of CEP services and warehousing. - Derive clear requirements for carrier-strategy and 3PL outsourcing projects. - Analyse offers and prepare recommendations for the Management Team. - Lead negotiations of logistics service contracts in alignment with the legal department. - Develop new commercial models for logistics service contracts and improve framework standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor or master degree with relevant experience in logistics services or contract logistics, including service procurement. - Profound understanding of contractual mechanisms within logistics contracts. - Deep understanding of the European CEP logistics market and 3PL landscape. - Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships. - Business fluency in English and proficiency in German is an advantage. - Entrepreneurial approach and passion for logistics. - Willingness to travel abroad.
