We are expanding our Digital Solution Advisory team for Supply Chain Management (SCM) to enhance our services in the Middle and Eastern European region, including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, as well as various Eastern European countries. Job Profile

As a Digital Solution Advisor specializing in Manufacturing and Logistics, you act as a subject matter expert across production execution and warehouse/fulfillment processes. You engage with customers to demonstrate how SAP solutions integrate manufacturing operations with logistics execution. Working closely with SAP sales teams and partners, your goal is to guide these conversations toward successful deal closures. We need your unique skills if you: thrive on frequent wins, enjoy the diversity of challenges from a wide variety of customers, are eager to employ technology and reusable assets to efficiently serve opportunities, flourish in a collaborative environment with partners and can advise a large client base of up to 100 customers annually.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Delivering creative and remarkable customer presentations
• Demonstrate SAP Digital Manufacturing and Logistics solutions ideally end-2-end with private or public Cloud ERP
• Assessing customer priorities and transformation strategies to shape the optimal solution
• Responding to RfX inquiries within set deadlines in cooperation with our global RfX center & other experts
• Involving partners into opportunities and backing them to sell effectively
• Generating digital content for business development campaigns and delivering webinars
• Creating scalable digital content and best practices for consistent and efficient advisory services
• Guide customers through SAP Experience Centers (e.g. S.Factory)

Experience and Language Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as consulting, sales/presales or in product expert roles such as product/solution management/product marketing
• Strong foundation of business processes and solution capabilities of SAP Digital Manufacturing (Manufacturing cloud) and/or SAP Logistics (TM, eWM, Logistics Management)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in German and English is a must for advising our clients.
• Solid grounding in SAP’s solution portfolio, partners, markets, and competition
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field, though degrees of equivalent experience are welcomed.
