Junior Manager Transport (All Genders)

Role: Junior Transport Manager Responsibilities: - Oversee linehaul transports connecting warehouses and injection hubs across Europe, focusing on customer shipments and returns. - Organize transportation operations for domestic and international linehauls. - Plan, dispatch, and track tours in the transportation management system. - Work on expansion and further development of existing setups and the transport network. - Act as an interface between logistics centers and forwarding agencies. - Solve daily business problems with creative ideas. Qualifications: - Completed vocational training as a forwarding agent or comparable degree. - Several years of experience in transport organization and dispatching. - Basic knowledge of Excel. - Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken (must have). - Confident and convincing in stressful situations, with good empathy. - Coherent, solution-oriented approach, ability to work independently, and strong team spirit.
