Security and Loss Prevention Manager (all genders)

Role: Security & Loss Prevention Manager Responsibilities: - Lead centralized and local security projects (i.e., security standards, process improvements, transportation theft, cargo crime, and data-driven loss prevention). - Maintain and develop security incident reporting and guard management software. - Identify, create, and roll out security concepts across our network. - Serve as an enabler and a strategic partner for security management topics across the organization. - Build a strong network of stakeholders who contribute to an improved security culture and performance. Qualifications: - Enthusiasm for standardization, stakeholder enablement, and continuous improvement. - Ability to collaborate within a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. - Based in Berlin, with passion for regular travel throughout Europe.
