A small, but very special Christmas market returns to Munich this festive season - the Pink Christmas market. Turning the idyllic Stephansplatz into a cosy, colourful highlight of the Christmas season, this Christmas market is organised by the LGBTQ+ community in Munich and welcomes people from all walks of life.
Have yourself a merry Pink Christmas
Located in the heart of the queer area in Glockenbachviertel, this Christmas market decorates everything in pink, from its Christmas trees to its fairy lights. As such, the Pink Christmas market is unlike any other traditional Christmas market.
Next to the festively decked out stands offering mulled wine, delicious local treats and Christmas-themed gifts in the white pagoda tents, a special line-up of musicians, comedians, stars and more take to the stage on selected days at 7pm. This unique mix of entertainers performing on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays includes everything from drag queens to DJs and cabaret dancers.
Feel the love at Pink Christmas
In addition to the traditional Christmas vendors and themed gifts, there are a few changes to the Pink Christmas market this year. The market has succeeded in becoming the first climate-neutral Christmas market in Munich.
In response to requests for more Schlager sounds, proven DJ James Munich will also be playing at 6pm every day of the week, bringing irresistible Christmas sounds with party hits, even on the coldest days.

The market is open daily from November 25 - December 23.
Monday to Friday: 4pm-10pm
Saturday and Sunday: 2pm-10pm
