Franconian Beer Festival

It’s time for the Franconian Beer Festival again in Nuremberg, in the German state of Bavaria, from June 15-19, so get your spirits ready to drink German beer and enjoy this social event with loved ones.

Breweries, music, and more at the Franconian Beer Festival

In the 2022 edition, the guest brewery is VarVar Brew from Ukraine! Founded in 2015 in Kyiv, VarVar Brew started off as a small neighbourhood brewery in the industrial section of the Ukrainian capital.

However, the success of the brewery launched them into becoming the forerunners of Ukrainian beer scene with a loyal fanbase. This contemporary brewery helps break down the wall of “boring beer” by bringing a wide range of tastes and flavours.

Along with the guest brewery, there will also be the Monchshof Master Brewery which will display how beer specialities are made. Aside from breweries, the festival will also have live music. Various artists from the local regions bring hearty brass instruments and sounds and provide musical entertainment until the evening.

Gastronomy has a prominent section at the festival with many local culinary delicacies. Anything from a small sweet snack to an entire savoury roast.
