Taking place four to five times a year, this unique yoga and meditation workshop features live koto music, played on a Japanese Zither by renowned musician Makiko Goto. The unique combination of traditional music, physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation was designed by Sara Yoga to help attendees tap into their inner well of peace. 

Momiji Sound Meditation by Sara Yoga

Sara Yoga practices Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic form of yoga that combines movement and breathing into a flowing experience and Yin yoga, both of which are featured in the event.

Offering a “seasonal ritual” through yoga poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation with live music from the traditional koto, attendees will be encouraged to focus on cleansing and charging their vitality while listening to the flow of their bodies ​​​​​​during the workshop.
