HR Business Partner / Project Management / SAP (m/f/d)

Your Task

• You implement solutions to optimize the relevant business processes in the SAP HR HCM context together with the IT department
• You design the interface connection to the SAP HR HCM modules
• You customize, implement and test the management of new and existing HR IT applications
• You harmonize and consolidate existing systems and applications in all countries and participate in international SAP HR rollout and implementation projects
• You act as en expert consultant for all HR colleagues, train and guide them for optimal use of our SAP HR landscape
• You actively participate in the development and implementation of further tools for digitizing HR Processes
• You coordinate the management of all HR-related topics in the SAP environment, schemes and cycles with a focus on personnel administration, payroll and time management
• You maintain and develop SAP HR HCM sub-modules PY, PT, OM, PA and the platforms ESS and MSS
• You support further development of HR reporting via SAP BW/portal as well as group-wide HR system projects and implementation of user training and workshops

Your Profile

• You got a BA or Ms.C in (Business-) Informatics, Economics, Mathematics or comparable education – Qualified and motivated junior candidates are welcomed
• You ideally have several years of professional experience in SAP Implementation project and kledge in coding (preferred ABAP)
• You preferably have comprehensive practical- and process experience in SAP with focus on SAP Success Factors and SAP ERP HCM, ideally already experienced with S/4 HANA
• You show comprehensive understanding of business processes in the area of Human Resources and acts as a competent partner for the business departments
• You bring solid kledge of project management methods and drive to lead projects independently
• You enjoy working in international teams and gets motivation from the cooperation in the team
• You characterize by high motivation, proactive way of working and very good communication skills as well as willingness to travel (ca. 10 %)
• You have very good English skills
