Working Student (f/m/d) - Customer Engagement Advisory

What you'll do
As a working student (f/m/d) you’ll gain hands-on experience in communications, enablement, change management, and strategy support. Your tasks may include:
- Creating, editing, and distributing communications and promotions for internal team channels, cross-board stakeholders, and customer-facing audiences
- Developing communication plans and content calendars
- Preparing high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal enablement, customer communications, leadership briefings, and strategic updates
- Supporting internal enablement projects
- Assisting with people and change management activities
- Contributing to strategy topics at L1 and L2
- Producing and editing short-form video content (with AI) for special projects, including basic editing and captioning
- Conducting research and benchmarking on communications and enablement best practices
- Maintaining templates and toolkits; proposing improvements
- Assisting with meeting and event support
What you bring
We’re seeking a motivated student (f/m/d) who is eager to contribute and grow in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Communications, PR, Marketing, or related fields)
- Strong communication skills in English and German (spoken and written), with excellent writing and editing capabilities
- Passion for communications and storytelling; ability to tailor messages to internal, board-level, and customer audiences
- Proficient in MS Office, with strong PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SharePoint, MS Teams, or SAP products is a plus
- Video editing and cutting skills (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro) are a plus
- Excellent organizational, customer-centric, and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks; proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Team player who collaborates well across functions and cultures
- Knowledge of change management practices or frameworks is a plus

Our mission is to help customers thrive in the cloud and transform into intelligent enterprises by delivering impactful, end-to-end advisory services. We Connect. Engage. Advise —driving customer success through tailored guidance and strategic collaboration. Within CEA, the CEA EMEA supports front-roles working with Premium EMEA customers and some MEE customer support also. We also play a key role in driving internal strategic initiatives and fostering continuous improvement across our services.
