What you'll do

Lead a collaborative team managing mission-critical trade control systems ensuring global compliance stability for digital product deliveries.

• Drive service stability accountability for integrated SAP GTS/BIS landscape and custom delivery systems, orchestrating team capabilities for optimal responsibility distribution
• Enable strategic business alignment with Export Control Legal/Operations on innovation initiatives, automation opportunities, and regulatory implementation strategies
• Facilitate collaborative delivery by empowering system architects for design decisions and process experts for business process optimization while maintaining oversight coordination
• Manage stakeholder relationships at management level, focusing on value generation through standard development partnerships and business process efficiency improvements
• Coordinate release management and technology roadmap alignment with SAP innovations, balancing compliance requirements with operational effectiveness
• Oversee end-to-end process integration across logistics services (S4HANA ERP, CRM, GTS, BIS) ensuring standardized, efficient compliance implementations

What you bring

• 5+ years trade compliance technology experience with SAP GTS process knowledge and team-based customization learning
• Strategic product management background in regulated environments balancing innovation with critical service stability
• Collaborative leadership approach empowering technical teams while maintaining accountability for delivery outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management for executive alignment and regulatory requirement translation
• Process optimization mindset with agile methodologies, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination experience
• Technical foundation in enterprise integrations with SAP tools and transport management learning capability
• Fluent English and German skills

In the International Trade Control agile team in CPIT Corporate Functions & Analytics, we directly help & advise SAP’s Finance & Risk department on solutions, innovations & best practices. With this we ensure that SAP remains compliant in regards to trade control sanctions.
